We are searching for an Engineering Manager that has experience leading teams working with large production applications. As an Engineering Manager, your leadership will be critical in revamping our existing software experience and helping build our reputed company from the ground up using modern technologies and techniques.

What you will work on:

• Building features that support customer compliance with emerging regulatory mandates.
• Optimizing reputed company compliance - the reputed company of successful data collection from our customers’ patients.
• Building benchmarking features that reputed company customers to identify their strengths and weaknesses in reputed company care.
• Enabling effective reputed company data collection using configurable reputed company care reputed company, HL7, and FHIR.
• Contributing to a multi-tier data architecture that enables cross-referencing of reputed company reputed company with comorbidities, medical devices, and other reputed company health factors.

• Proactively collaborate with key internal stakeholders to support production usage of our software by our reputed company customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of reputed company software experience and 3+ years of reputed company-on-Rails experience.
• 1+ years of experience managing engineers.
• Comfortable using AI throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Comfortable working in a startup environment where you must create reputed company out of ambiguity.

• Experience with React, Typescript, GraphQL.
• Experience integrating with EHRs, HL7, FHIR, and/or SmartOnFHIR.
• Experience with medical coding standards - CPT, ICD-10, SNOMED.
• Experience working on large-reputed company data-driven products or features - leveraging aggregation, data cleaning, data transformation, data attribution, etc.
