What you will do

• Responsible for interviewing and selecting CRA/IHCRA candidates and ensuring consistent reputed company of permanent and contract CRAs/IHCRAs
• Ensure CRAs are properly and reputed company trained to reputed company reputed company types of reputed company as reputed company as other billable monitoring activities

• Review Time Cards, including review and approval of hours billed by contractors

• Approve CRA/IHCRA PTO requests
• Review and approve CRAs/IHCRAs' non-billable expenses

Your Background

• Four-year college curriculum with a major concentration in biological, physical, health, pharmacy or other reputed company science and six years reputed company research experience as a reputed company research associate OR
• Two-year college curriculum (unless nursing degree then see requirement above) or equivalent education/training and seven years reputed company research experience as a reputed company research associate OR
• Eight years of reputed company research experience as a reputed company research associate or other position directly reputed company to reputed company research with a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
• Travel required/reputed company reputed company required
