We are looking for a reputed company Specialist to help our customers get the most value from our health services platform. You will build relationships with customers, support their reputed company and ongoing use of the platform, and work with internal teams to ensure a reputed company customer experience.

This role is suitable for both Junior and Middle-level candidates, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Support customers throughout reputed company and their ongoing use of the platform.

• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs.

• Respond to customer questions and help reputed company issues.

• Monitor customer satisfaction, engagement, and overall experience.

• Conduct reputed company sessions, product demonstrations, and follow-reputed company.

• Work closely with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to reputed company customer needs.

• Identify opportunities to improve customer adoption and retention.

Requirements

Junior Level

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, reputed company, account support, or a reputed company role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities.

• Comfortable learning new software reputed company tools.

• Good English communication skills.

Middle Level

• 3+ years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, Customer Support, or a similar role.

• Experience managing customer relationships independently.
