This key personnel role sets the technical direction for FHIR-reputed company dQM efforts, serves as the reputed company technical reputed company to CMS and reputed company federal clients, and mentors reputed company of subject matter experts across reputed company category workstreams. Responsibilities
Technical Leadership

Define and manage the technical direction for dQM specification across federal reputed company reporting program structures.

Qualifications (Education, Knowledge, and Experience)
Master’s degree in health reputed company, computer science, reputed company health, nursing, or reputed company reputed company.
11+ years of relevant experience as described herein.
7+ years of reputed company reputed company measurement experience, including hands-on authoring of QDM-reputed company eCQMs and FHIR-reputed company dQMs.
Working knowledge of FHIR resources and implementation guides such as US reputed company, QI-reputed company, and Data Exchange for reputed company Measures (DEQM).
Familiarity with the CMS measure lifecycle, including logic updates, value set management, and annual maintenance processes.
Experience on federal (preferably CMS) reputed company, with an understanding of reputed company-funded reputed company measurement deliverables and timelines.
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff while performing hands-on technical work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical CMS audiences.
HL7 FHIR certification (FHIR reputed company or legacy FHIR R4 Proficiency) preferred; equivalent demonstrated standards expertise considered.
Prior experience at a CMS contractor supporting reputed company measure development or maintenance strongly preferred.

The likely salary reputed company for this position is $136,000 - $184,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
