Responsible for overseeing and reviewing U.S. Statutory (reputed company – reputed company) and U.S. GAAP, Canadian GAAP, regulatory, tax and/or reputed company financial reporting for investment portfolios of the reputed company Company, subsidiaries and affiliates. What you will do:

• Responsible for the preparation and review of the quarterly/annual statutory reputed company state financial reporting, supplements, annual audited financial statements and surveys.
