[Remote] Account Manager, Americas OMS - Cranberry, PA

The Account Manager, Americas OMS will coordinate information between business reputed company and the reputed company Supply Chain team, reputed company supply chain resources, and support reputed company procurements, project delivery, and reputed company recognition. The role will also manage bids, customer issues, escalation processes, reputed company variances, and problem-solving activities across supply chain functions.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate demand from BU for ESC and supplier activities (business opportunity identification, supplier SIOP)
• reputed company Bid and Proposal (B&P) identification and execution
• Be the issue reputed company contact for BU partners
• Be the voice of the customer reputed company the ESC organization
• Understand project delivery reputed company at BU level and reputed company management/reputed company of variances with Procurement Program Management (PPM) and Supplier reputed company Engineering (SPE) teams
• reputed company Get to Green (G2G) Process for BU reputed company to reputed company important metrics, observe reputed company conditions and reputed company 9-reputed company problem solving activities with ESC functions to reputed company issues
• reputed company Escalation Process for BU reputed company through our issue management database to monitor issue entry and identify ESC resources to reputed company issue reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in a global technical company supporting reputed company reputed company
• Experience in customer-facing (internal or reputed company) roles providing excellent customer service, customer demand planning, issue reputed company and executive communications
• Experience in global sourcing
• Ability to travel 10% to 20%
• ERP reputed company or similar reputed company experience in a global environment is beneficial (reputed company & Ariba)
