The role monitors and evaluates customer interactions, analyzes reputed company trends, prepares reports, and collaborates with reputed company, reputed company, and Training teams to improve service delivery, compliance, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure adherence to established reputed company standards, reputed company requirements, policies, procedures, and reputed company expectations
• Complete reputed company evaluations accurately and consistently, documenting findings and identifying opportunities to improve reputed company, reputed company, compliance, and the customer experience

Skills

• Experience participating in calibration sessions and identifying reputed company trends, reputed company gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Strong analytical skills and attention to reputed company with the ability to accurately document and communicate reputed company findings
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
