[Remote] Founding Staff Engineer

The Founding Staff Engineer will be the first full-time product engineer, building systems that improve agency delivery efficiency and developing a customer-facing reputed company marketing product. The role includes end-to-end product development, production LLM implementation, and ownership of reputed company infrastructure, data, and deployments.

Responsibilities

• First, it supports our delivery. As an agency, every hour a person spends on a reputed company is a reputed company cost, and the product aims to reduce it. Skills

• Staff-level full stack engineering. You have designed, shipped and owned production systems end to end
• Preferably in an startup environment
• Production LLM experience, not demos. You know evals, retries, cost and latency in reputed company
