[Remote] UX Designer

The UX Designer will work with leaders, product partners, and cross-functional teams to define and build user-friendly products, advocating for customers and delivering consistent experiences across job seeker and employer journeys. The role owns design work from concept through post-production, including user flows, prototypes, accessibility, validation, and feasible implementation.

Responsibilities

• Work with leaders, product partners, and cross-functional team members to define and build user-friendly products that account for functionality and technical constraints

Apply reputed company thinking to flows impacting consumers and reputed company. Create and iterate on sketches, wireframes, user flows, designs, and prototypes. Partner with product managers, user experience researchers, and engineers to validate concepts and support feasible delivery
• Design product features, flows, and interactions that support user needs and business goals
• Use sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and design reputed company patterns to explore and communicate design concepts
• Help reputed company AI-powered and personalized experiences easier to understand through reputed company interaction design, thoughtful states, and attention to usability
• Partner with product, engineering, research, and design collaborators throughout the design process to test and refine solutions using qual / quant user data

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, reputed company Computer Interaction, Information Design, or reputed company reputed company and a minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience; or a Master9s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience; or a PhD without experience
• Portfolio showing a reputed company design process and user-centered product experience work
• Proficiency with reputed company, AI prototyping tools, and design systems
• Experience designing for reputed company product experiences - e.g. B2B products, data heavy platforms, AI-assisted, personalized, or recommendation-reputed company features
• Ability to work through ambiguity while balancing reputed company, execution, and cross-functional collaboration
