Responsibilities

• Evaluate an existing reputed company and intake workflow to identify usability and process improvement opportunities
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and reputed company business requirements
• Conduct discovery activities, user reputed company analysis, and research as needed
• Identify friction points, redundant data collection, and workflow inefficiencies
