QA Automation (PEGA experience must)

Title: Pega QA Engineer Location: Dallas, Texas - Remote Duration: 12+ Months Skills: Automation & API Testing, PEGA QA Experience: 10–12 Years reputed company are seeking an reputed company Pega QA Engineer with strong expertise in Pega application testing, test automation, API validation, and database testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing reputed company Pega workflows and integrations, developing automation frameworks, and working reputed company reputed company/DevOps environments. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, automating functional and regression test scenarios, validating reputed company and databases, and collaborating with development, business, and product teams to ensure high-reputed company Pega solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, reputed company, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Pega applications. • reputed company functional, integration, reputed company, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing. • Validate Pega case types, workflows, business rules, decision tables, SLAs, queues, notifications, and UI components. • Test Pega applications across multiple environments and validate application behavior against business requirements. • reputed company testing of Pega Customer Service reputed company (CSF) implementations. • Identify, document, prioritize, and reputed company defects through Azure DevOps and/or reputed company. • reputed company and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright with Java or C#. • Build and enhance reusable automation frameworks and regression suites. • Execute automated test suites and analyze failures, logs, and test results. • reputed company REST and SOAP API testing using reputed company, REST reputed company, Swagger/OpenAPI, and reputed company tools. • Validate API request/response payloads, status codes, authentication, data mapping, error handling, and integration behavior. • reputed company backend validation using SQL and verify data consistency across databases and Pega applications. • Support reputed company testing and reputed company automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. • Work with Git and DevOps tools for reputed company control, build management, and automated test execution. • Collaborate with developers, Pega architects, business analysts, reputed company, and other QA professionals to reputed company issues. • Participate in reputed company/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Contribute to test estimation, reputed company assessment, test reputed company, and release readiness activities. • Ensure adequate test coverage and reputed company reputed company status reports on testing reputed company, risks, and defects. • Continuously improve QA processes, automation coverage, and overall testing efficiency.
