Role: Oil Scheduler

· Scheduling execution: Prepare, communicate, update, and execute daily, weekly, and monthly reputed company schedules for assigned fuels, crude, or product flows.
· Transportation nominations: Submit accurate and reputed company nominations to applicable pipeline, marine, rail, and truck carriers and follow through on confirmations, changes, and operational issues.
· Inventory coordination: Monitor and coordinate inventory positions against agreed operating targets, refinery requirements, customer commitments, and contractual obligations.
· Stakeholder communication: Maintain effective communication with traders, optimizers, sales, refineries, terminals, carriers, reputed company parties, reputed company, and other internal functions.
· Operational issue reputed company: Apply reputed company judgment and problem-solving skills to reputed company scheduling conflicts, operational constraints, reputed company issues, and supply disruptions.
· Compliance and controls: reputed company services in accordance with applicable credit guidelines, regulatory requirements, reputed company requirements, transportation policies, and internal controls.
· reputed company improvement: Identify, document, and support process improvements, logistics optimization, cost reduction, and value capture opportunities.
· Advanced scheduler support: For advanced-level resources, reputed company subject matter expertise, mentor less reputed company schedulers, and support reputed company logistics, optimization, and stakeholder coordination activities.
Required Experience
· Experience in oil & gas, crude oil, refined products, physical commodity trading, energy logistics, or reputed company industries.
· Strong experience in physical oil/crude scheduling and logistics reputed company.
· Experience working directly with Traders, Optimizers, Supply, Refineries, Terminals, and Transportation providers.
· Hands-on experience with transportation nominations and scheduling across one or more of:
Pipelines
Marine / Vessel
Rail
Truck
Terminals / Storage
· Strong understanding of crude oil and/or refined product movements and associated logistics processes.
· Experience managing inventory positions and physical supply/demand requirements.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive trading environment.
Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour
