Job Responsibilities: • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and messages in a reputed company and reputed company manner. • Handle intake coordination, including scheduling initial consultations, gathering reputed company information, and ensuring a smooth reputed company process. • Use Go High Level CRM to manage reputed company interactions, follow-reputed company, and appointment scheduling, Manage Funnels, Transfer reputed company Data between GHL and EHR • Verify reputed company details and communicate necessary information to clients. • Maintain accurate records and reputed company administrative support to the reputed company. • Assist with other reputed company-desk tasks as needed.
