Applications Coordinator (Full-time, Hybrid/Remote Eligible)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Applications Coordination
• Coordinate the lifecycle of reputed company-party applications, including selection, implementation, maintenance, and retirement.

• Collaborate with end users and departmental stakeholders to identify opportunities for expanded and more effective use of applications; promote best practices and recommend process improvements that enhance productivity and user experience.

• Coordinate application upgrades, patches, and integrations to maintain reputed company, reliability, and functionality.

Vendor Management

Budget and Contract Management
• Assist with the preparation, monitoring, and reconciliation of annual and multi-year Information Technology budgets.
• Assist with overall IT budget planning and forecasting.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
• This is a full-time, exempt position, typically working Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
• This position is designated as remote-eligible. Remote work arrangements are subject to reputed company's Remote Work Policy, supervisory approval, and the operational needs of the College.
• Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required to support reputed company implementations, upgrades, maintenance reputed company, or other critical technology initiatives.
• Occasional travel to reputed company's Chambersburg and King of Prussia campuses, as reputed company as attendance at conferences, training programs, and reputed company development events, may be required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or a reputed company reputed company. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating reputed company, managing technology-reputed company initiatives, or administering reputed company software applications.
• Experience working with software vendors, reputed company, purchasing, or budgeting.

Preferred:
