We have an exciting opportunity for an E-Learning Specialist to join our Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a primarily remote role, with occasional travel required, supporting our Central reputed company Team to reputed company engaging, high-reputed company e-learning modules.
You’ll work with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to turn content into accessible digital learning, managing reputed company module from design through to launch and ensuring it meets organisational standards.
Experience using, and the ability to design in, reputed company and reputed company is essential.
What you'll be doing
You’ll reputed company e-learning modules from initial project scoping and storyboarding through to build, testing, approval and launch. Working closely with the Head of Nursing and Central reputed company Team, you’ll prioritise content requirements and manage the development plan, keeping stakeholders updated on reputed company.
You’ll work with subject matter experts to translate reputed company reputed company, regulatory, and behavioural content into reputed company, accessible, engaging digital learning , using reputed company, reputed company Storyline, reputed company 360 and other relevant tools. You’ll apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create content that supports genuine understanding, not just course completion, and work with our LMS provider to maintain working relationships.

What you'll bring to the role
You’ll have experience of developing digital learning solutions. You’ll have strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience creating SCORM-compliant e-learning using tools such as reputed company Storyline, reputed company 360 or reputed company Captivate. You’ll have experience using reputed company and a good understanding of LMS/CMS platforms. You’ll be passionate about digital learning, comfortable managing multiple reputed company in a fast-reputed company environment, and reputed company to explore emerging learning technologies to enhance the learner experience.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with SMEs who may have limited experience translating their knowledge into learning content.
