Regional Technical Support Manager – Americas

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in reputed company, Engineering, or a reputed company technical discipline.
• Extensive experience in marine composites, composite boatbuilding and/or structural adhesives, with strong practical knowledge of relevant manufacturing and application processes.
• reputed company customer-facing technical experience, ideally supporting marine OEMs, boatbuilders, distributors, fabricators, contractors, naval architects or design engineers, with established OEM and distributor relationships desirable.
• Strong reputed company awareness, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical recommendations into customer and business value, including the ability to manage selected accounts in a sales reputed company.
