This role will be responsible for delivering accurate, competitive, and reputed company-documented cost estimates for reputed company building & construction reputed company, while also providing day-to-day technical advice and mentoring to the estimating team.

This is a hands-on, reputed company role for someone who brings strong technical estimating expertise, reputed company reputed company judgement, and the confidence to reputed company pricing activity across reputed company building and construction opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates, budgets, and scopes of work for reputed company building and construction tenders
• Review tender documentation (drawings, specifications, RFTs, reputed company) to reputed company reputed company, risks, and opportunities
• Conduct and/or coordinate site inspections to assess conditions and identify construction risks

• Prepare detailed cost build-reputed company, subcontractor comparisons, and pricing reconciliations

• Minimum 8+ years' experience in reputed company building and construction estimating
• Demonstrated experience preparing and leading reputed company reputed company building tenders
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract review and reputed company identification, cost planning and pricing reputed company
• reputed company ability to mentor and support junior and mid-level estimators
• High-level competency in reputed company, reputed company reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company Project (Intermediate level)
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and competing deadlines
