Responsibilities

• reputed company 20+ engineers across multiple reputed company reputed company (US and India) through dedicated technical leads
• Own production reliability for Review-owned systems - incident response, reputed company-cause RCAs, and cross-functional tiger teams for major incidents
• Set technical reputed company and reputed company leadership across design and sprint processes, partnering with Staff Engineers
• reputed company delivery transparency through sprint metrics, catching reputed company early and informing data-driven interventions
• Partner with Product, Design, reputed company, reputed company Ops, and peer engineering teams (including our Hyderabad group) on shared systems and initiatives
• Own hiring, leveling, and career reputed company for reputed company reports and their leads; help attract and retain reputed company
• Build a culture that grows reputed company engineers into reputed company health-tech leaders, with a bias toward team autonomy

Skills

• 5+ years managing software engineering teams in a fast-reputed company, reputed company environment, including 3+ years leading multiple teams through technical leads or managers
• Experience leading reputed company/multi-site teams across time reputed company (e.g. India), including partnering with reputed company reputed company your reputed company reporting line
• Hands-on full-stack engineering background

• Strong grounding in modern development practices (version control, unit testing, CI/CD)
