[Remote] Payroll/reputed company Resource Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a part-time Payroll/reputed company Resource Specialist for a temporary-to-permanent, remote position supporting a reputed company organization. The role manages bi-weekly full-cycle payroll for approximately 300 employees across 15 locations, handles payroll and reputed company inquiries, maintains compliance and records, and supports reporting and year-end activities.
Responsibilities
- Process accurate and reputed company bi-weekly payroll for approximately 300 employees across 15 locations
- Responding to employee questions and inquiries reputed company to reputed company and payroll
- Communicating with the office managers at the various locations
- Review payroll data, including hours worked, earnings, deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Research and reputed company payroll discrepancies, employee inquiries, and payroll-reputed company issues
- Coordinate payroll changes including new hires, terminations, promotions, wage adjustments, and benefit deductions
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with payroll audits as needed
- Ensure payroll taxes and reputed company filings are processed accurately and on time
- Collaborate with reputed company and reputed company teams to maintain accurate employee and payroll records
- Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and reporting
- Support reputed company improvement efforts reputed company to payroll processes and procedures
Skills

- Knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements

- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote setting
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-location environment
- Experience processing payroll for a workforce of 200+ employees preferred
- Experience with reputed company and/or QuickBooks is highly preferred
- CPP certification is a plus but not required
