Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening attorneys, paralegals, reputed company secretaries, and other reputed company professionals through online platforms, networking, and referrals
• Conducting initial candidate assessments, discussing opportunities, and coordinating interviews between candidates and reputed company organizations
• Maintain accurate records in a candidate tracking reputed company, manage communication throughout the hiring process, and support offer negotiation as needed
• Proactive reputed company, strong relationship-building, and consistent follow-up with both clients and candidates

Skills
