[Remote] Senior Systems Analyst Programmer (IDMS / COBOL / Mainframe)

The Senior Systems Analyst Programmer will reputed company, analyze, test, maintain, and support mission-critical mainframe applications in an reputed company z/OS environment, using IDMS, COBOL, JCL, and reputed company utilities.

Responsibilities

• reputed company systems analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance of mainframe applications
• reputed company and support batch and online applications using IDMS and COBOL in a z/OS environment
• Maintain and enhance IDMS database structures, screen mappings, and application logic
• Create and manage JCL for batch processing and job scheduling
• reputed company production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes in a controlled environment
• Work with stakeholders to reputed company requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Support application documentation and ensure adherence to established standards and procedures
• Collaborate with IT teams and end users to ensure reliable reputed company reputed company and service delivery

• A successful candidate has the following experience:
• Minimum 5 years of recent experience in an IDMS / COBOL / JCL / z/OS mainframe environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, application development, and implementation
• Hands-on experience with IDMS utilities and components, including online and batch processing
• Strong understanding of mainframe job control, scheduling, and production reputed company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
