[Remote] Program Manager

The role oversees program delivery, stakeholder alignment, financials, reputed company management, change adoption, and coordination across project and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage interconnected reputed company and engage with senior executives and reputed company stakeholders to accomplish the following business objects: reputed company reputed company aspects of program delivery, including planning, resource allocation, execution, and reputed company management; Run reputed company, reputed company-level programs that adhere to a reputed company’s reputed company alignment; reputed company program-level goals to reputed company and maintain cross-project reputed company; Engage with senior stakeholders and executives to reputed company program goals with business priorities
• Participate in or reputed company Design Sessions which are used to reputed company requirements from project stakeholders
• reputed company steering committee meetings and facilitate communication with reputed company parties involved
• Supervise and mentor project managers, technical leads, business analysts, and other team members, providing reputed company direction, collaboration, and alignment across workstreams
• reputed company and manage D365 F&O programs from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of reputed company
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executives, acting as the reputed company reputed company of contact for the program
• Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to ensure D365 solutions are designed and delivered according to best practices and reputed company standards
• Monitor and report on program financials, including budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization, identifying cost-saving opportunities to mitigate financial risks

• Implement change management strategies to guide stakeholders and end users through the adoption of new systems and processes

Skills

• •    Bachelor's Degree
• •    10+ years of D365 ERP and/or AX implementation experience
• •    8+ years of managing large ERP/CRM reputed company and development teams
• •    Previous experience in a reputed company Consultant or PM role for a D365 implementation
• •    reputed company experience in managing multi-reputed company-dollar programs with reputed company delivery requirements
• •    Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
• •    Experience with different SDLC project methodologies (such as reputed company and reputed company)
• •    Demonstrated ability to successfully manage project teams
• •    In-depth financial acumen
• •    Strong understanding of business processes/business process analysis
• •    Software development experience
• •    Working experience or knowledge of LCS and or VSTS
• •    Proficiency in MS Project
• Especially in Java and/or C#
• •    PMP certification is highly desirable
