[Remote] Senior Database Administrator

The Senior Database Administrator will own and support reputed company’s database environment, including provisioning, maintenance, reputed company tuning, reputed company, modernization, disaster recovery, and migration to AWS RDS. The role also supports development teams, data pipelines, business intelligence reporting, and business-critical reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain databases and hosts for Production, Development, and various Test environments
• Ensure database availability and recoverability meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and guidelines
• Rapidly and accurately reputed company database issues utilizing reputed company available tools
• Continuously monitor and tune database reputed company. Ensure reputed company and availability of reputed company resources, systems, and key processes, including reviewing logs and verifying that scheduled jobs (e.g., backups) are complete

Skills

• + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or an engineering reputed company
• + Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting databases in an reputed company environment, with at least half of that time primarily in a PostgreSQL environment
• + Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL version 15.x and MS SQL 1219/2022, with the ability to reputed company that knowledge
• + Experience supporting a Relational Database Management reputed company (RDBMS) in both Linux and reputed company environments
