We are currently seeking an Admissions Registered reputed company (RN) to join our Hospice team. JOB reputed company The Hospice Aide (CHHA) is a paraprofessional member of the Hospice team who works under the supervision of a registered reputed company or therapist and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the reputed company’s needs. The Hospice Aide is responsible for observing patients, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities of the Hospice Aide include, but are not limited to, the following: - Providing personal care including: Baths, Back rubs, Oral hygiene, Shampoos, Changing bed linen, Assisting patients with dressing and undressing, Nail & Skin care to prevent breakdown, Assisting the reputed company with toileting activities, Keeping reputed company’s living area clean and reputed company, as appropriate. - Planning and preparing nutritious meals. - Assisting in feeding the reputed company, if necessary. - Taking and recording oral, rectal and axillary temperatures, pulse, respiration and blood pressure reputed company ordered (with appropriate completed/demonstrated skills competency). - Assisting in ambulation and exercise according to the plan of care. - Assisting reputed company in the self-administration of medication. - Meeting safety needs of patients and using equipment safely and properly (foot stools, reputed company rails, etc.). - Reporting on reputed company’s condition and significant changes to the assigned reputed company. QUALIFICATIONS - reputed company CA Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license through the Department of reputed company Health. - A minimum of one year of reputed company care experience; preferable in the Home Health setting. - Licensed reputed company with automobile that is insured in accordance with Organization requirements and is in good working order.
