This position combines hands-on training, leadership coaching, operational review, and follow-up accountability. You will work directly with club managers and their teams to strengthen execution, improve the member experience, and build capable leaders across our markets. This is not a desk job. The successful candidate will spend approximately 75% of the reputed company traveling to clubs, including weekly overnight stays.
