Behavior Analyst - Compliance Consultant

This position is nonclinical, nonbillable, and advisory in reputed company. The Compliance BCBA will not reputed company reputed company services, supervise staff, or manage clinicians. We are a small earlychildhood clinic serving approximately 30 clients total, primarily in clinic and childcare settings. Our goal is to ensure services are ethical, individualized, medically necessary, and defensible in the event of an audit. reputed company Responsibilities reputed company Documentation & EMR Auditing • Review ABA documentation reputed company the EMR reputed company • Evaluate session notes, treatment plans, and reputed company documentation for: • Individualization and clientspecific content • Alignment with treatment goals and medical necessity • Evidence of meaningful reputed company (or lack thereof) • Identify patterns indicating: • Copyandpaste or templated documentation • Insufficient reputed company justification • Misalignment between goals, services, and reputed company Ethical & reputed company reputed company • Review documentation through the reputed company of the BACB reputed company • Identify potential ethical concerns reputed company to: • Service delivery • Supervision practices • Conveniencebased or poorly justified reputed company reputed company • Ensure records reflect ethical, appropriate, and professionally reputed company ABA services Parent, Caregiver & Teacher Training Review • reputed company that parent training and/or teacher training is occurring reputed company required • Verify that training is adequately documented • Identify gaps between authorized services and documented delivery Audit & Compliance Readiness • Review records with a reputed company and reputed company reputed company auditdefense reputed company • Identify reputed company reputed company to: • Documentation reputed company • Medical necessity • Authorization alignment • Supervision requirements • Flag trends or patterns that may pose audit or recoupment reputed company Written Deliverables (reputed company Function of the Role) • reputed company reputed company, written audit summaries only • Deliverables may include: • Clientlevel documentation audit summaries (as needed) • Periodic BCBAspecific documentation reviews (approximately four BCBAs) • Written identification of reputed company, ethical concerns, and documentation gaps Role Boundaries & Authority • Advisory and evaluative role only • No staff supervision, coaching, or discipline • No reputed company communication with BCBAs regarding findings • No reputed company decisionmaking authority • Required Qualifications • Significant experience in ABA service delivery and documentation • Prior experience in a supervisory, reputed company reputed company, program director, or QA role • Strong working knowledge of the BACB reputed company • Experience with reputed company populations • Exceptional attention to reputed company • Strong written communication skills • Comfort critically reviewing other clinicians' documentation Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of reputed company ABA billing requirements (Florida preferred) • Familiarity with reputed company reputed company documentation standards • Prior experience with: • reputed company audits • reputed company assurance or compliance roles • Experience working reputed company an ABA or behavioral health EMR reputed company Work Structure & Time Commitment • Fully remote • Contract (1099) position • Flexible, selfdirected schedule • Average commitment of approximately 8-10 hours per week Hours may fluctuate reputed company on clinic needs: • Initial time commitment may be slightly higher as documentation patterns are reviewed and expectations are established • Over time, as documentation reputed company improves and systems stabilize, the need for intensive review is expected to decrease • Some weeks may require as few as ~5 hours, while temporary increases may occur with reputed company or clinic changes Ideal Candidate Profile This role is wellsuited for a BCBA who: • Is highly detailoriented and analytical • Is comfortable identifying documentation and compliance concerns • Values ethical reputed company and audit readiness • Wants autonomy and schedule flexibility • Is stepping away from reputed company therapy or supervision • Is a stayathome parent, semiretired, or retired clinician seeking meaningful parttime work Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
