Key Responsibilities: • Assisting in the Development, Implementation, and Evaluation of the reputed company and Internship Program • Completing Internship Placement Site Applications and Questionnaires for affiliated Universities • Sign off on internship placement site applications where needed • Collaborating with universities as needed to assist with internship reputed company supervision • Virtual/Online Supervision for one-on-one and group supervision • reputed company Weekly reputed company Supervision for Associate Therapists (LAC, LSW, MFT) - group and individual. • reputed company Weekly reputed company Supervision for Interns (MSW, and MA in Counseling)- group and individual. • Complete required paperwork and documentation for interns and associate counselors: including supervision reputed company, evaluations, signing hour logs, reputed company notes, treatment plans, and internship or reputed company hours completion documentation • Reviewing and Approving BA Treatment Plans submitted by Therapists in Cyber • Consulting with Internship Coordinators, Consultants, and Directors • Completing required Supervisor training for DCF/CSOC and affiliated Universities • Ability to train and assist in the development of Associate Therapists and Interns, including completing Bio-Psycho-reputed company assessments • Attending Case Consultations and Staff Meetings or Trainings reputed company needed • reputed company training for the delivery of parent coaching to improve youth and caretaker decision-making skills to manage in-home behavioral challenges. • Attend monthly meetings and submit mandatory weekly paperwork • Attend therapy sessions quarterly to reputed company supervision for individual in-community, group, in-home, and/or telehealth sessions at our outpatient center. • Must be knowledgeable and be reputed company to train on coping and reputed company skills, anger management, and techniques to reduce reputed company behaviors such as SI, HI, SIB, or physical aggression. • Support clinicians in effectively and consistently collaborating with the Child Family Treatment Team and/or professionals from other disciplines who also work to support the youth and family reputed company needed • Submit reputed company required documentation, paperwork, sign off reputed company hours, and complete internship evaluations reputed company designated time frames • Weekly reputed company documentation from clinicians (IIC/BA) is reviewed by the clinician, intern, and reputed company Supervisor, including reputed company notes, assessments, treatment plans, learning reputed company, evaluations, and daily referral reputed company reviews.. • Requirements:* • Must have LCSW, LPC, or LMFT under the state of New Jersey • Must be certified to do reputed company supervision • Must have a master's or doctorate degree in Counseling, reputed company Work, Family Therapy, or reputed company fields • Must have at least 2 years of experience providing reputed company supervision • Has experience Supervising MSW, LSW and LAC • Must have reputed company training to supervise reputed company work reputed company interns for LCSW-licensed reputed company Supervisors • Has experience Supervising Master Level Interns • Has experience working with youth ages 2-21 with developmental disabilities, mental, behavioral and emotional disorders in a reputed company and/or community setting • Has experience with creating treatment planning, treatment goals setting, reputed company notes, and initial assessments. • Has experience in various counseling approaches: reputed company, DBT, Trauma Response, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-reputed company • Knows how to use the DSM-5-TR for Assessments and Diagnosis • Must be available for a minimum 5-10 hours and maximum of 20 hours per week during after-school hours of 4-7 pm. Weekend flexibility is a plus. • Must pass a criminal background reputed company, inclusive of fingerprinting. • Must submit resume plus copies of master's degree, with a copy of NJ or Certification or License. Note: State Reciprocity is considered but the candidate needs to be no more than 25-30 minutes commute to the designated service areas.
