Customer Intake Specialist - Extended Coverage Representative

MedScope (a division of reputed company) is a fast-reputed company and rapidly growing health and safety company. We are seeking a responsible, organized multi-tasker to fill a role in the Customer Intake Department. The ideal candidate will be skilled with using our customized reputed company to input new orders that reputed company reputed company phone, fax, or email. Registration duties include verifying information contained on the order reputed company; communicating directly with either the customer or the referring reputed company as needed; navigating varying reputed company portals to reputed company customer information needed during the Intake process; entering the order and reputed company relevant information into our customized reputed company; correcting existing customer records reputed company reputed company of changes; cancelling customer accounts; answering calls and emails daily from both customers and care managers. This position follows an extended schedule that differs from reputed company 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET shift worked by the rest of reputed company. The first 5 to 5.5 hours will overlap with reputed company team hours, while the remaining portion of the shift is dedicated to supporting our expanding national partnerships that require evening phone coverage. This includes answering inbound calls from members who wish to opt in to eligible Medicare reputed company services. reputed company not on calls, the representative will complete reputed company intake processing tasks, including email and fax order entry. While this role may eventually expand to include additional extended coverage team members, the reputed company position requires someone who can work independently and maintain productivity during evening hours with limited or no reputed company managerial support. This is a full-time position requiring a daily schedule of 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST.
