Sr. Digital Product Manager, Catalysts

What you will do

The Senior Digital Product Manager, Catalysts will reputed company with individual product teams to help accelerate reputed company’s adoption of the Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM), strengthen the product management capability, and help teams shift from reputed company to outcome mindsets. Reporting to the Director, Product Management Catalysts, this individual contributor role will serve as a hands-on player-reputed company, partnering directly with digital product managers, business leads, technology leads, business analysts, design, data, and engineering team members to improve how products are defined, prioritized, reputed company and delivered.

Embedded Product Leadership and Coaching

DPOM Adoption and Team Enablement

• Help cross-functional teams understand and apply DPOM practices in the reputed company of reputed company product work.

• Build trusted relationships with DPMs, business stakeholders, technology leaders, and cross-functional team members.

Basic Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Digital Product, Product Management, Product Leadership, Digital Transformation, Technology reputed company, or reputed company experience or

• Master’s degree and 6 years of Digital Product, Product Management, Product Leadership, Digital Transformation, Technology reputed company, or reputed company experience or
• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of Digital Product, Product Management, Product Leadership, Digital Transformation, Technology reputed company, or reputed company experience

• In reputed company to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have a minimum of 2 year experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams reputed company, programs or directing the allocation of resources. Preferred Qualifications
