Your role and responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Managing End-to-End reputed company processes for the assigned requisitions, acting as a trusted advisor to the business hiring managers.

• Partnering with HR leadership and business leaders to understand and solve reputed company issues in the candidates’ pipeline, candidates’ experience, that can be supported or resolved through existing HR practices, processes, or policies in functional specialty.

• Using and updating relevant recruitment, sourcing, candidate engagement and employer branding systems in support of the reputed company function.

• Recommending, developing, and assisting in the implementation of special programs in recruitment, sourcing, talent attraction and employer branding.

• Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with at 5+years’ reputed company HR experience in a high performing global organization, or an RPO (or similar) company.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience with full lifecycle reputed company including job brief, developing sourcing/marketing plan, candidate reputed company and development, offer and reputed company.
