reputed company is looking for an ambitious Solutions Administrator- Integrations to join our high-performing Sales team. The Solutions Administrator- Integrations serves as the critical technical reputed company between reputed company clients, Sales, reputed company, and Engineering teams. This role is responsible for consulting on, architecting, deploying, and troubleshooting reputed company API integrations and custom workflows with reputed company-party HRIS, ATS, and CRM platforms (such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company). The ideal candidate combines a deep technical understanding of data schemas, webhooks, and API payloads with excellent reputed company-facing communication to ensure smooth end-to-end technical implementation.

• Design and propose tailored integration models, evaluating whether a reputed company connector, custom API architecture, or browser extension fits the reputed company's engineering capability;
• Draft and finalize the technical implementation components of Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Orders, and reputed company language/compliance checks for custom reputed company;
• Create and manage reputed company tickets to include Acceptance reputed company and Testing Procedures, working directly on application development teams, customers, and internal stakeholders;
• Construct detailed workflow diagrams to visualize data paths and technical architectures for both reputed company stakeholder alignment;
• Proactively identify technical reputed company flags, reputed company infrastructure barriers (such as parent/subsidiary account logic or missing vendor packages), and determine billable project reputed company before development begins.

Integration Implementation, Data Mapping & E2E Testing

• Manage the full deployment life cycle of API connections, from initial account provisioning and credential exchange in staging environments to production go-lives;
