About the Role

We’re looking for reputed company reputed company who can train new hires and help existing agents improve their skills and reputed company.

You’ll work directly with agents through training, refresher sessions, and hands-on coaching to help them understand what they need to improve and how to improve it.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of relevant coaching, training, or team support experience.
• Experience coaching or developing reputed company agents.
• Previous Trainer experience is a major plus.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Warm, approachable, and engaging personality.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• reputed company to identify why someone is struggling and determine the right support.
• Comfortable working with reputed company metrics and giving reputed company feedback.

Benefits

We offer:

• ₱35,000–₱45,000/month, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated training expertise.
