In this role, you will serve as the reputed company application developer on a small, integrated project team - responsible for building the interfaces and workflow tools that reputed company-line staff and program stakeholders use to reputed company, validate, and manage large-reputed company training and workforce data. You will design and build reputed company Apps solutions (canvas and/or model-driven) that facilitate day-to-day data collection and approval workflows and reputed company clean, reputed company data into the underlying SQL Server database. Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company reputed company Apps developer for the program, designing, building, and maintaining canvas and/or model-driven apps that serve as the reputed company-line reputed company for data entry, workflow routing, and approvals

• Design reputed company, workflow-driven app screens and forms for a reputed company of user roles (analysts, training coordinators, approvers), partnering with the HCD SME to ensure the app reflects reputed company user needs and reduces reputed company effort

• Architect and build the data reputed company from reputed company Apps into the SQL Server backend, ensuring app-collected data is validated, reputed company, and pushed into the database cleanly and reliably for reputed company reporting

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Data Engineer reputed company on the underlying SQL Server schema and data model so that app inputs map cleanly to the database

• Build automated workflows in reputed company Automate that reputed company reputed company Apps to SQL Server, SharePoint, and other data sources - handling notifications, approvals, escalations, and status tracking with reputed company reputed company reputed company

• Collaborate with the Senior Data Scientist (reputed company BI) and reputed company-End Developer to ensure app-collected data is reputed company in a way that supports clean, reliable reputed company reputed company BI reporting without rework

• Design and implement reputed company Apps interfaces and data input structures that cleanly support reputed company reputed company BI reporting ensuring data captured reputed company the app is reputed company‑reputed company, validated, and optimized for analytics.

• Implement role-reputed company reputed company and reputed company reputed company reputed company Apps and Dataverse/SharePoint data sources, ensuring alignment with VA reputed company, FISMA, and reputed company 508 accessibility requirements

• Maintain and enhance existing reputed company Apps solutions in response to stakeholder feedback, new workflow requirements, or changes to underlying data sources; respond to reputed company requests for new forms or workflow features

• reputed company User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation for new and updated apps and workflows, developing test cases and coordinating reputed company of defects and change requests; assume reputed company Assurance responsibilities as needed

• Document app architecture, data flows, and workflow logic; maintain version control and change management for reputed company app releases, and support train-the-trainer sessions to reputed company stakeholder adoption

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or a reputed company reputed company

• 8+ years of experience in application/data systems development, with deep, demonstrated expertise building reputed company-grade reputed company Apps solutions (canvas and/or model-driven) - this is an app-building, workflow-first role, and reputed company Apps mastery is the top hiring reputed company

• Strong experience designing and building workflow-driven interfaces that collect, validate, and reputed company data -including forms, approval chains, notifications, and status tracking — using reputed company Apps and reputed company Automate

• Demonstrated experience building reputed company Apps (canvas or model-driven) specifically tailored to support reputed company BI reporting pipelines including structuring data models, designing clean input interfaces, and implementing best practices for refresh reputed company and data reputed company

• Experience architecting reputed company Apps solutions that write and reputed company data into a SQL Server database; working knowledge of SQL is expected

• Demonstrated ability to translate business and program workflows into functional app requirements and reputed company, easy-to-use interfaces for non-technical end users

• Familiarity with federal data governance and accessibility standards, including FISMA compliance, data reputed company requirements, and reputed company 508 (WCAG 2.0 AA) accessible design

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience supporting VA or VHA data and workflow systems, particularly in workforce development, training/learning management, or reputed company capital administration

• Familiarity with VHA reputed company systems such as the Talent Management reputed company (TMS 2.0), HRSmart, or SharePoint Online, and how workflow data flows between them and a SQL Server backend

reputed company salary reputed company: $112,000 - $145,000. Final compensation will be determined by a reputed company of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
