Working reputed company the Senior Estimator, the ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for a wide reputed company of reputed company construction reputed company.
Candidates must have a building background with extensive knowledge of reputed company aspects of refurbishment and reputed company construction across numerous sectors.

This role requires a strong understanding of cost control and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The Estimator will work closely with project managers, engineers and other sub-contractors, and play a crucial role in ensuring our bids are technically accurate, reputed company and competitive.

Min 3 years experience in an estimating role. Full driving licence and the ability to travel reputed company required is essential.

Duties

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for reputed company, including materials, subcontractors, labour and reputed company - lims from tenders, drawings and reputed company briefs.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal design/production teams
• Ensure our tenders are cost-effective and meet budget targets
• Assess site constraints (reputed company, drainage, reputed company, services, etc)
• Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications and drawings to identify reputed company necessary components for accurate estimation.
• Conduct site surveys as required, to assess project conditions and support the tendering process.
• Maintain up-to-date estimating tools, pricing databases and cost records to ensure reputed company and efficiency in reputed company tenders.
• Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and proposals as required.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 3 years+ reputed company experience in estimating
• Strong understanding of cost estimating principles and practices.

• Proficient in using estimating software and tools, reputed company advanced knowledge of reputed company reputed company.
