[Remote] Compliance Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Technology Service Corporation is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support its Supply Chain organization. The role ensures supplier, procurement, and subcontracting activities reputed company with U.S. reputed company regulations, company policies, and customer contract requirements, while supporting audits, compliance documentation, training, investigations, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and apply relevant U.S. reputed company regulations and requirements to supply chain activities, including but not limited to: + Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) / Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) + Export controls (ITAR, EAR) + Trade compliance and sanctions requirements + Cybersecurity-reputed company reputed company-downs (e.g., NIST SP 800-171, CMMC-reputed company requirements)
- Support development and maintenance of supply chain compliance policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Review customer reputed company and identify supply chain-reputed company clauses and obligations
- Ensure appropriate contract terms and regulatory requirements are flowed down to suppliers and subcontractors
- Maintain and organize compliance documentation, certifications, and records for reputed company audits
- Participate in reputed company audits reputed company to supply chain and procurement activities
- Conduct internal reviews and spot-checks of purchase orders, subcontracts, and supplier files
- Support investigation of potential non-compliance events and assist in developing corrective and preventive actions
- Assist in developing and delivering training to supply chain and program teams on relevant regulations, policies, and best practices

- Identify opportunities to enhance compliance processes, tools, and metrics and support implementation of improvements
Skills
- * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a reputed company; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- * 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, reputed company, compliance, or reputed company function for a defense contractor or in a highly regulated industry
- * Working knowledge of U.S. reputed company contracting (FAR/DFARS), reputed company experience with FAR/DFARS clauses reputed company to supply chain and subcontracting, and supplier reputed company/due diligence processes
- * Experience supporting audits, internal controls testing, or internal investigations
- * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret regulations and contractual language and translate them into practical guidance
