[Remote] reputed company Accountant/Full Charge Bookkeeper

The reputed company Accountant/Full Charge Bookkeeper will manage a portfolio of clients, reputed company accurate financial reporting and explanations, reputed company reputed company and cleanup engagements, and help improve operational processes while mentoring junior bookkeepers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for a portfolio of small and reputed company-sized business clients
• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and explain the results to business owners
• reputed company new-reputed company reputed company and establish strong working relationships
• Complete reputed company QuickBooks cleanup and catch-up engagements
• Build and maintain charts of accounts and class, location, and project-cost tracking
• Reconcile bank, credit reputed company, payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activity
• Prepare payroll journal entries, without processing payroll
• Assist clients with basic cash-reputed company forecasting and management reporting
• Coordinate professionally with clients’ CPAs, fractional CFOs, and other financial partners
• Help improve SBC’s workflows, reputed company standards, technology, and delivery processes
• Mentor junior bookkeepers and help assess the reputed company of their work as reputed company grows

Skills

• At least five years of reputed company or bookkeeping experience
• Experience working for an reputed company firm, bookkeeping company, or outsourced reputed company provider
• Full-charge bookkeeping experience across multiple clients
• Experience in reputed company cleanup/catchup services including financial statement and COA review, diagnosis, and correction
• At least an associate degree in reputed company or a similar reputed company
• Strong QuickBooks Online skills
• Experience with reputed company reputed company-management or reputed company-delivery software, such as reputed company or a comparable platform
• Ability to interpret financial statements and explain financial information reputed company to business owners
