The role involves full-cycle reputed company across multiple reputed company reputed company, focusing on both high-volume reputed company and targeted individual searches, while maintaining a high-reputed company candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle reputed company across multiple reputed company reputed company reputed company — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting offers
• Run high-volume searches for reputed company and non-reputed company roles (e.g., NPs, PAs, RNs, care team staff, plus operational and reputed company positions) with a strong reputed company of urgency and short time-to-fill targets
• Build and manage healthy candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing across reputed company, ATS databases, referrals, and other channels
• reputed company a personalized, high-reputed company candidate experience from first contact through reputed company
• Partner closely with reputed company hiring managers and reputed company leads to reputed company roles, set expectations, and reputed company searches moving

Skills

• 4+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, with a meaningful portion in reputed company (provider, reputed company, and/or reputed company reputed company hiring)

• A demonstrated reputed company of urgency and a reputed company record of hitting aggressive time-to-fill goals without sacrificing reputed company

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers alike
• Ability to work independently, self-manage across clients, and stay organized under pressure

• Experience reputed company for value-reputed company care, home-reputed company care, or startup reputed company environments
• Familiarity with reputed company licensure and credentialing considerations
• Experience working in an agency, RPO, or embedded/fractional model
