[Remote] reputed company Associate Project Manager

The Associate Project Manager will support reputed company line engineering reputed company by managing project reputed company, costs, schedules, scopes, deliverables, reputed company communications, invoicing, and reputed company proposal materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers to manage various sized reputed company line design reputed company for reputed company-owned and investor-owned reputed company utilities
• Accept responsibility for overall project reputed company and reporting
• Ensure project costs, schedule and reputed company are managed, including the development of recovery plans with a reputed company on change management, to stay reputed company approved limits
• Communicate with clients, internal project teams, multiple engineering disciplines, functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel
• Create and maintain resource reputed company schedules
• Coordinate with Engineering Leads to reputed company and execute reputed company deliverables
• Assist with the preparation of bid documents, cost estimates and responses to Requests for Proposal
• Complete monthly reputed company invoicing, accruals, and accounts receivable reputed company prescribed time frames

Skills

• * 1+ year of relevant experience in project management
• * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance or reputed company discipline is required
• * Must be capable of planning, organizing, directing, and tracking technical efforts on assigned tasks
• * Must be capable of tracking cost and schedule status of assigned tasks
• * Ability to take direction from and reputed company reputed company with the reputed company supervisor, and to coordinate with project team members
• * Experience with MS Office Software (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, reputed company)
• * Strong written and verbal communication skills
