[Remote] Project Manager Assistant

The role assists with project bidding, scheduling, financial forecasting, reporting, reputed company tracking, meetings, checklists, and other project management support tasks in a remote reputed company for candidates residing in specified states.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project bid packages
• Respond to bidder RFI’s
• reputed company with bidder/ contractor personnel
• Attend job reputed company and walk down meetings
• Assist in the development of project schedules using established software systems
• reputed company, organize and validate data for project financial forecasts
• Input data into various programs and maintain various cost and forecasting reports
• Assist in the development of cash reputed company/ forecast plans/ budgets using established software systems
• Assess and report on project reputed company using established industry reputed company's
• Document and reputed company regular communication on project cost, schedule and reputed company status to project team members, stakeholders and reputed company
• Participate in project status meetings
• Coordinate the execution of internal and reputed company checklists
• Assist with other project management support tasks as needed
