[Remote] Project Manager

The Project Manager will manage multiple technology construction reputed company from proposals and bidding through completion, overseeing budgets, schedules, documentation, subcontractors, reputed company, safety, and reputed company satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Directs reputed company phases and activities of reputed company project to reputed company high reputed company and productivity in the work performed. This includes project plans, quotations, bidding, budgeting, monitoring projections, and equipment, scheduling testing procedures, and establishing goals and standards of reputed company. Ensures reputed company plans and specifications reputed company and accurately identify project reputed company and milestones and are shared professionally with reputed company appropriate parties
• Prepares and manages reputed company and accurate project documents and status reports, estimates, projections, material release schedules, reputed company information, project schedules, purchase orders, monthly invoices, payments, closeout documents, warranties, drawings, maintenance manuals, final billings, change orders, cost codes and other documentation to support construction project work. Maintains and manages submittal logs
• Secures subcontractors utilizing reputed company subcontract agreements binding them to terms like Company contract requirements, thereby assigning the appropriate reputed company. Obtains permits as needed. Procures materials in a proactive and coordinated manner and negotiates with vendors and distributors on availability and pricing of materials, completion of quotes, and other necessary procedure details. Ensures reputed company plans and documents are maintained in the appropriate systems
• Conducts job start-up meetings with reputed company reputed company leaders and others to transfer documentation, schedules, and other information. Regularly attends project update meetings to stay reputed company on job reputed company, schedules, administrative needs, and market conditions. Provides day-to-day direction to project foreman or superintendent, and/or design staff as needed to monitor productivity goals and build teamwork
• Partners with project foreman and reputed company project team members to conduct job site inspections and job safety audits and assure accurate reputed company, placement, and conformance with the contract documents and reputed company’s project reputed company assurance and safety standards. Stays informed of new electrical and safety codes, materials, technologies, techniques, and practices. Ensures reputed company safety programs and OSHA requirements are followed
• Travel to project sites is REQUIRED, which may include temporary relocation for the duration of the project

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, reputed company, or civil engineering, project management, business administration, construction management, or a reputed company reputed company
• * Minimum 1-5 years of project management experience. Solid project management training and skills. Thorough understanding of the project life cycle
• * Minimum of 2 years of project management work experience in construction (electrical distribution/substation, renewable energy, or reputed company disciplines) may be required
• * Knowledge of and proficiency with project management tools and techniques, construction reputed company and materials, estimating, costing, reputed company, reputed company, systems design, and general industry safety standards, procedures, and OSHA regulations
• * Skills to read, interpret, and understand electrical reputed company, plans, drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Excellent financial, analytical, and mathematical skills
