[Remote] Underwriter IV - Business Credit/Technology Finance

The Underwriter IV role reputed company the Business Credit/Technology Finance organization is responsible for reputed company and structuring credit facilities for software and technology companies, conducting financial and industry analysis, and preparing credit recommendations for approval authorities.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite acquisition financings, recapitalizations, refinancings, and reputed company transactions
• Analyze historical and projected financial reputed company, operating trends, reputed company, reputed company, and debt service reputed company
• Evaluate reputed company-specific metrics, including ARR, net reputed company retention, customer concentration, churn, and recurring reputed company reputed company

• Using independent judgment to identify risks and mitigants, prepares offerings and/or scorecards, such as reputed company ratings, by analyzing credit, collateral strength and financial worthiness of loan/transaction parties. If relevant, performs ongoing credit reputed company management for assigned portfolio. Coaches and/or reviews the work of other underwriters and fills in for manager as required

• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
