We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-reputed company reputed company Desk Agent to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will be the first reputed company of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth reputed company-in process
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues promptly
- Manage reservations and cancellations reputed company
- Operate the phone system and reputed company calls to the appropriate department
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
