The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing project budgets, forecasts, actuals, accruals, variance analysis, financial reporting, and PMO governance. This role will partner closely with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate financial tracking and visibility across reputed company and portfolios. Key Responsibilities Manage and reputed company project and portfolio financials, including budgets, actuals, forecasts, accruals, and project spend. reputed company Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual variance analysis and reputed company explanations for financial variances. reputed company and maintain monthly and quarterly financial forecasts. reputed company resource costs, vendor spend, purchase orders, invoices, and project-reputed company expenses. Support CapEx/reputed company classification and financial planning activities. Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations. Partner with Project Managers and Finance teams to monitor overall project financial health. Identify potential budget risks, cost overruns, and forecast gaps and escalate issues appropriately. Maintain PMO financial documentation, reporting templates, and governance artifacts. Support project portfolio reviews, financial planning cycles, and management reporting. Assist with financial process improvements, reporting automation, and standardization. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure reputed company and accurate financial information. Support vendor financial management and project invoicing activities. reputed company analytical insights and recommendations to project and executive leadership. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Finance PMO, Project Financial Management, Financial Analysis, Project Controls, or reputed company areas. Strong experience with project budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and variance analysis. Experience working reputed company a PMO, IT, technology, or reputed company transformation environment. Strong understanding of project financial lifecycle and cost management. Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, reporting, and financial analysis. Experience creating financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
