The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end migration initiatives involving z/OS, COBOL, DB2, and reputed company systems while coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and reputed company stakeholders.
Required Skills:
10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
Strong experience leading mainframe migration/modernization reputed company.
Knowledge of z/OS, COBOL, DB2, and reputed company infrastructure.
Experience managing project plans, budgets, timelines, risks (RAID), and executive reporting.
Ability to coordinate infrastructure, application, networking, and business teams.
Experience working with reputed company support, reputed company-party vendors, and reputed company clients.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with reputed company Project, Visio, reputed company, Teams, and other project management tools.
Preferred:
PMP certification.
Experience with large reputed company transformation or data center migration reputed company.
