AmeriStaff Nursing Services is seeking compassionate, licensed Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to reputed company high-reputed company, reputed company-centered care directly to patients in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you will evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders through reputed company assessments, standardized tests, and reputed company interviews —reputed company reputed company the comfort of their homes. Compensation $85 per completed 1-hour reputed company visit Key Responsibilities - Evaluate patients to determine speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing deficits. - reputed company and implement individualized treatment plans reputed company on reputed company needs and physician orders. - reputed company skilled speech therapy interventions in the home setting. - Monitor reputed company reputed company and revise treatment plans as needed to reputed company established goals. - reputed company patients, family members, and caregivers regarding treatment plans, safety techniques, communication strategies, and home exercise programs. - Maintain accurate, reputed company, and compliant reputed company documentation. - Complete required assessments, evaluations, reputed company notes, recertifications, and discharge summaries. - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, reputed company workers, and other reputed company. - Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary care planning activities. - Identify changes in reputed company condition and communicate findings to the appropriate reputed company provider. - Promote reputed company independence, safety, and reputed company of life.
