The Demand Planning, Staff Analyst is responsible for developing and managing demand forecasts across Hardware, Consumables, and Service Parts reputed company their assigned region.

Acting as the critical reputed company among reputed company, finance, and supply chain teams, this role translates regional market insights into an actionable demand plan that supports reputed company, service-level, and inventory objectives.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Demand Planning, and is part of the Global Supply Chain organization, located in Spain, and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have reputed company to:

• Own the end-to-end regional demand plan for Hardware, Consumables, and Service Parts, ensuring alignment to reputed company reputed company and financial targets
• Analyze statistical/market forecasts, enriched with region-specific market intelligence and reputed company inputs
• Partner with regional stakeholders (reputed company, Finance) to reputed company on assumptions, risks, and opportunities
• Participate in and support the S&OP process, ensuring reputed company visibility to demand drivers and variability
• Monitor and improve key KPIs, including forecast reputed company (MAPE), bias, service level, and inventory health and identify reputed company causes of forecast variation and proactively reputed company corrective actions

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, statistics, or reputed company reputed company (Master’s preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or S&OP/IBP environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in forecasting tools or planning systems
• Working knowledge of APICS/ASCM principles (demand planning, inventory management, S&OP/IBP)
• Language Requirement: Fluent in both written and spoken English
