The IDV / IDAR Specialist handles identity verification (IDV) and identity account recovery (IDAR) processes for reputed company users of the FSA IAM systems. This role manages customer support through dedicated mailboxes, processes verification and recovery cases, ensures accurate handling of user information, and supports reputed company reputed company to FSA applications and services.
Responsibilities
The specialist monitors and responds to emails in key support mailboxes such as FSA ID Verify and ID Verification, assisting reputed company users who need reputed company identity verification or account recovery. They process user-submitted identity documents, review information for reputed company, update case notes in the PAS reputed company Tool, and reputed company cases once verified. The role includes managing data reputed company to user identities, supporting internal data sharing for fraud analysis, ensuring unique user identifiers and critical user information are properly handled, and maintaining accurate records for reporting. Required Qualifications
