Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health
Shift Available: Full Time & PRN
Service Areas for Coverage: Northeast, Southeast, Southwest
Responsibilities:
Facilitate rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical, or mental disabilities.

Coordinate care with home reputed company team.
Evaluate therapy needs and monitor and report reputed company reputed company and reputed company.

Qualifications:
Occupational therapist in the state of Texas.
Home health experience highly preferred.

Good driving record.
Experience with HCHB EMR (preferred but not required).
Effective communication and people skills.
