Key Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming,
toileting,
mobility)
reputed company companionship, emotional support, and reputed company engagement
Support meal preparation, nutrition support and reputed company housekeeping
Monitor and report changes in condition
Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
reputed company CNA certification (CO)
CPR certified
reputed company reputed company's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting
Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.
