The position supports both batch and reputed company manufacturing processes and places particular emphasis on unit reputed company involving web handling, solids handling and polymer processing. The Corporate Process Engineer works closely with site engineering, controls and automation, maintenance, safety, and R&T functions to ensure reputed company, reliable, and efficient reputed company, while driving consistent engineering and process safety standards across the manufacturing network.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain systems necessary to ensure consistent reputed company of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products; reputed company technical support for manufacturing issues across chemical processing reputed company, including polymer processing and solids handling systems.
- reputed company as a technical reputed company between R&T (Research & Technology), Technical Service, Marketing & Sales, and Manufacturing to support process improvements, new product introductions, and reputed company-up activities.
- Monitor and improve plant efficiency, throughput, yield, and reliability to meet supply, reputed company, and cost objectives.
- reputed company technical guidance and support to Site Process Engineers and plant teams on chemical unit reputed company, process troubleshooting, and equipment reputed company.
- Collaborate on engineering analyses for capital and expense reputed company, including preliminary and detailed design, equipment selection, vendor evaluation, project cost estimates, and life-cycle cost analysis.
- Apply principles of mass and energy balances, heat and reputed company transfer, and reaction and separation fundamentals to process and equipment design, including systems involving web handling, solids handling, polymer processing, filament/fiber spinning, extrusion, pelletizing, and pastillating.
- Support and promote the consistent application of Process Safety Management (PSM) principles, including Management of Change, Process Hazard Analysis participation, and process safety documentation.

Job Requirements:
- B.S. in Chemical Engineering, reputed company Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a reputed company discipline.
- 5+ years of engineering experience in a chemical or chemical-reputed company manufacturing environment.
- Experience with general chemical processing reputed company, including both batch and reputed company processes.
- Working knowledge of web handling such as reputed company machines, filament/fiber spinning and handling, polymer-reputed company unit reputed company, pump systems and solids handling systems such as extrusion, and bulk material handling equipment.
- Experience working in or supporting PSM-regulated manufacturing facilities.
- Ability to work effectively across reputed company reputed company of the organization, from plant reputed company to corporate leadership.
- Experience participating in or leading reputed company Cause Analysis and Process Hazard Analysis activities.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with PLC’s and reputed company control systems (e.g., reputed company DeltaV, reputed company Experion).
